How We Train

I believe in keeping things simple and effective. We focus on the fundamental movements that help you move better and feel more capable in your own skin. There are no complicated gimmicks here—just intentional, one-on-one coaching designed to build your confidence and your strength. We start exactly where you are and move forward at a pace that respects your body and your goals.

From First Step to First Win

Here is what happens from the moment you reach out to the moment we hit our first milestone together

  • The Connection - Fill out the contact form, and I'll reach out to schedule your free Strategy Session. This is where we discuss your goals and your "why".
  • The Prep - You'll complete a quick health questionnaire. This ensures our first session is safe, productive and focused entirely on your unique starting point.
  • The Strategy Session - We'll meet in person for a deep dive into your goals and health history, which will be followed by a 30-minute trial workout. This is a free, no-pressure chance for you to see how I coach and for me to see how your body moves.
  • The Plan - If we're a great fit, we'll finalize the details and set your regular training schedule. From there, we move forward together - one rep and one win at a time.
