I am proud to partner with the City of Winchester Parks and Rec. We have full access to their fitness room located in the Jim Barnett Park War Memorial Building. This professional, well-equipped space serves as my primary location for training.
(Membership Required: To train in the facility, clients will need to purchase an active membership with the Parks & Rec department. They offer affordable monthly and yearly options that provide you with full access to the entire facility—including the swimming pool, fitness classes, and more—outside of our training sessions. )

Training is better with a friend! Train with a spouse, roommate, or friend at the same time and location and save $5 per person, per shared session.
( To ensure I can provide the highest level of coaching and safety, each partner must first complete their own initial Strategy Session and at least one individual 1-on-1 session. This allows me to understand each person's unique movement patterns and capabilities before we transition into shared training.)
Consistency is key to seeing progress. By working in 28-day cycles, we avoid "calendar drift." This ensures your training schedule remains steady and I can dedicate the necessary time to your custom programming every single week.
No long-term contracts here. While we use an automated subscription to keep things simple, we still work block-by-block. You’re staying because you’re seeing progress and value, not because of a legal requirement. You can cancel or pause your subscription any time before your next 4-week cycle begins.
It’s a top-tier workout tracking app that we will use to stay connected. Once you sign up, I’ll send you a link to download the app for free. Use of this app is required for our training, as it’s how I provide your programming, track the weights we use, and monitor your progress.
The best part? You own your journey. If you ever decide to terminate coaching, all your history and progress stay with you in the app. You’ll always have a record of how far you’ve come.
To keep your focus on training rather than paperwork, I use a simple subscription-based billing system. Your 4-week block is automatically billed at the start of each cycle, which secures your recurring time slots on my calendar and provides uninterrupted access to your custom programming and the Hevy Pro app. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
