Training Agreement

1. The Partnership Commitment

This agreement ensures a professional relationship built on mutual respect. I commit to providing coaching tailored to you and listening to your concerns; in return, you agree to prioritize your consistency, punctuality, and timely payment.


2. Training Blocks & Packages

We work in 4-week blocks to ensure progress. Your training is handled via a recurring subscription.

[  ] Hybrid Coaching ($275 every 4 weeks)

[  ] Complete Coaching ($475 every 4 weeks)

3. Session Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited.

Make-Up Window: Properly canceled sessions may be made up within 2 weeks of the cancelled session.

Late Arrival: Sessions end at the scheduled time. Arrivals 15 minutes past the start time are considered a "No-Show" and the session is forfeited.

Trainer Cancelation: If I must cancel a session, I will provide as much notice as possible. You will have the choice of a rescheduled session or a full refund for that specific session.


4. Service Cancellation & Termination

Client Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next 4-week block, please cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Refunds: Once a 4-week block has begun, the fees are non-refundable.

Trainer Termination: I reserve the right to terminate our partnership at any time, for any reason. In this event, any unused, pre-paid sessions will be refunded to you.


5. Health & Safety

By signing, you agree that you have answered your Health History Questionnaire truthfully. You agree to update me on any new injuries, illnesses, or health changes so we can adjust your training accordingly.


6. Media Consent

I occasionally take photos/videos to check form or share "community wins" on social media.
